Proposed Amendment to the Austin Lakes Structure Plan

Notice is given that the Shire is in receipt of an application for an amended structure plan for Austin Lakes.

Key elements of the structure plan amendment include:

• Updating the existing plan into a contemporary format and extending it by a period of 10 years;
• Consolidating the two proposed commercial sites in the south into one three-hectare neighbourhood centre site;
• Provision of a district open space co-located with a proposed primary school site; and
• Changes to the distribution of Public Open Space.
