Tip passes

Residents who own or rent a residential property that receives a weekly waste service are eligible for free access to either waste transfer station.

Free access is restricted to household quantities and is administered by a residential tip pass, sent out annually with rate notices. Rural residents who don't receive a weekly waste service can purchase a rural waste pass for access to either waste transfer station. Access is restricted to household quantities.

To apply for a new or replacement pass, fill out the relevant pass form and the pass will be posted to you.

Note: Proof of residential address is required when applying. This is usually a drivers licence or utility bill no older than three months.

Yearly passes cost $190 and are valid from September through to the following September. Half yearly passes cost $95 and start from 1 March.
