Scheme Amendment No.336 and Structure Plan

The Shire of Murray is seeking comment on a proposal to rezone Lot 39 Lakes Road, North Dandalup from ‘Rural’ to ‘Special Rural’ as well as a Structure Plan demonstrating how a ‘Special Rural’ development could be delivered.  

The Scheme Amendment and Structure Plan documentation explaining the proposals are available for viewing here or alternatively:

• at the Shire of Murray Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra
• at the Murray Library, cnr Pinjarra Road and Forrest Street, Pinjarra.

Written submissions should identify the proposal and include the name and address of the person making the submission.

Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Murray and can be made below.
