Extractive Industry Licence - Lot 1 Corio Road, Ravenswood

G & G Corp are seeking an Extractive Industry Licence to enable the extraction of mineral sands for which Development Approval has previously been obtained and remains valid. The Extractive Industry Licence provides operational details relating to the extraction of materials from Lot 1 Corio Road, Ravenswood and includes:

• Extraction of 330,000m3 of mineral sands from a footprint area of 20Ha.
• Hours of operation to be 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.
• Access to and from the site via an existing access at 240 Corio Road.
• All inbound and outbound traffic associated with the extractive industry will enter Corio Road via Lakes Road.
• A Dust Management Plan
• A Landscaping Plan
