Approved Local Planning Scheme No.4 - Amendment No. 322

It is advised that on 19 May 2026 the Minister for Planning approved Amended No.322 to the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme No.4 for the purpose of:

• rezoning various lots in the Pinjarra town centre to a new ‘Centre’ zone and a new ‘Mixed-Use’ Zone;
• providing a R-AC0 R-Coding to all lots within the Pinjarra town centre;
• providing a restricted use overlay to land in the Murray River Floodway; and
• updating the scheme text to be more consistent with the Model Scheme Text.
