Tenders are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the following:

· T25/8 – Construction of the McLarty Sports Pavilion – New Changerooms and Alterations to the existing Enzo Menara Changerooms

Tender documents can be viewed online.

Tender submissions must be made electronically via VendorPanel. Submissions close 2:00pm, Tuesday 16 September 2025.

Canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify tenderers from the tender process.

Council reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders submitted, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The Shire will not be submitting an in-house tender for T25/8.
