Proposed Local Planning Policy - Renewable Energy Facilities

The Shire of Murray proposes to adopt a Local Planning Policy for Renewable Energy Facilities.
The policy provides guidance for the assessment of renewable energy facilities (including wind, solar and battery storage) to ensure appropriate siting and design, and protection of environmental, landscape, agricultural and amenity values.
The policy is available for inspection here or alternatively:
- At the Shire of Murray Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra.
Submissions are invited and must be in writing, including the name and address of the submitter and the address of the affected property. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be made below.
