Proposed Disposition of Property Section 3.58(3) - Local Government Act 1995

Notice is hereby given that, at the Ordinary Council Meeting of Thursday 22 June 2023, a proposal was presented to dispose of a 140m2 portion of Marinup Street, Dwellingup which is used as an alfresco dining area by the way of licence re-assignment from

 

  • Rossgem Pty Ltd to Kaemgo Pty Ltd. The term of the current licence expires on 31 August 2026. The rent payable per annum is to continue, increasing annually by CPI. Rent in 2022/2023 is $1240.47, Inc. GST.

 

A market valuation dated 5 July 2021 determined the annual rental value of the property was $1,050 ex GST per annum.

Written submissions on the licence reassignment proposed are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Murray, PO Box 21, Pinjarra WA  6208.  Emailed submissions can be sent to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au. Submissions close 4:00pm, 3 August 2023.
