Proposed Disposal of Property Section 3.58(3) Local Government Act 1995

A market rental review conducted on 18 October 2022 established the market rent for the area to be occupied by way of licence to be $900 per annum, plus GST. The proposed annual consideration to be received is $900 per annum plus GST, plus annual review based on the Perth CPI. 

Written submissions, addressed to the Shire of Murray Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 21, Pinjarra, 6208 on the proposed licence are invited. The submission period closes at 2pm on 15 August 2024.
