Proposed Disposal of Property Section 3.58(3) Local Government Act 1995

A market rental valuation obtained on 7 May 2024 from a licensed property valuer established the market rent for the area to be occupied by way of lease to be $14,000 per annum, plus GST.

The basis of the lease proposal is that the rental value will be $12,199.64 per annum, plus GST, with annual CPI increases according to the Perth All Groups CPI for the life of the lease.

Written submissions, addressed to the Shire of Murray Chief Executive Officer, PO Box21, Pinjarra, 6208 on the proposed lease are invited. The submission period closes at 2pm on 14 June 2024.
