Proposed Closure of a portion of Freeman Road, Teesdale

In accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, notice is given that an application to close a portion of Freeman Road, Teesdale has been made to the Shire of Murray. The closure of this portion of Freeman Road is related to a request to rationalise road reserves and access tracks through the State Forest. Key elements of the proposed road rationalisation include:
- Closure of a portion of Freeman Road and realigning it along an existing access track through the State Forest;
- Dedication of a new road linking Lot 577 Marrinup Road, Teesdale to the re-aligned Freeman Road; and
- Dedication of a new road linking Lot 577 Marrinup Road, Teesdale to Irwin Road.
Copies of the supporting information are available for inspection at the Shire of Murray Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra and at the Murray Library, cnr Pinjarra Road and Forrest Street, Pinjarra.
