Notification of Development Assessment Panel Meeting 13 January 2026 - Proposed ALDI Supermarket Including Liquor Store and McDonalds Take Away Food Outlet

It is advised that Metropolitan Outer DAP (Development Assessment Panel) will be considering this proposal at its meeting to be held on at 9:30am on 13 January 2026  at the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage Office at 140 William Street, Perth.  Members of the public are welcome to attend. The meeting is also livestreamed here.

Completed Presentation Request Forms must then be emailed to the DAP Secretariat daps@dplh.wa.gov.au at least 72 hours prior to the DAP meeting.
