Notice to Revoke Local Planning Policy - Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire of Murray at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 23 April 2025, resolved to revoke its Local Planning Policy – Bed and Breakfast Accommodation.  The revocation of the Policy was deferred pending the gazettal of Amended 329 to Local Planning Scheme No.4, which has been gazetted on 17 April 2026.

A copy of the revoked Local Planning Policy will be available for inspection at the Shire of Murray Administration Office at 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra and at the Murray Library, cnr Pinjarra Road and Forrest Street, Pinjarra or view documents here.

Documents will be available for a period of 28 days following the publication of this notice.

Documents are available to view until Friday 1 May 2026.
