Local Planning Scheme No. 4 Amendment No. 321 Lot 1100 California Crescent, South Yunderup

Notice is given that on 6 June 2023 the Minister for Planning has approved Scheme Amendment 321 to Local Planning Scheme No 4 for the purpose of:

• Rezoning Lot 1100 California Crescent, South Yunderup from Rural to Special Use and adding associated Special Provisions to Schedule 5.
• Amending the terminology, definition and permissibility of various uses.

It will be formally approved once it appears in the Government Gazette on 16 June 2023.

A copy of the approved amendment is attached.
