Local Planning Policies – Notice of Approvals

It is hereby notified for public information that the Council, at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 18 June 2026, resolved to approve the following new Local Planning Policies:

  • Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation;
  • Exemptions from Development Approval; and
  • Renewable Energy Facilities.

At the same meeting the Council resolved to approve modifications to its Domestic Outbuildings Local Planning Policy.
