Health Amendment Local Law 2023 - Commencement

In accordance with section 3.12(6) of the Act, notice is hereby given that the Shire of Murray Health Amendment Local Law 2023 is in effect from 15 August 2023.  The purpose of the local law is to improve the regulation of animals, accommodation and provide clarity over prescribed offences.  The effect of the local law is to provide improved regulation of animals, accommodation and clarity over prescribed offences.

The local law is available on the Shire of Murray website and copies may be inspected or obtained at the Shire of Murray office.

Copies of the proposed Local Law are available for inspection at the Shire of Murray Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra and at the Murray Library, cnr Pinjarra Road and Forrest Street, Pinjarra.  Alternatively, the document can be viewed online here.
