Development Application for Flexible Workshop/Studio Space

The Shire of Murray has received an application for Development Approval for a proposed Flexible Workshop/Studio Space at Lot 19 (58) McLarty Road, Dwellingup.

Details of the proposal include:

• A 12m x 5m (60m²) flexible use structure that will be used for arts, crafts and educational purposes.
• Operating primarily from Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00am - 3:00pm, with infrequent evening use.
• Workshops will cater for 5-10 participants.

Written submissions should include the name and address of the person making the submission. Submission should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Murray and can be made below.
