Approved Local Planning Scheme No.4 - Amendment No. 335

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Murray Local Planning Scheme No. 4 on 15 October 2025 for the purposes of:

1. Rezoning the following lots from ‘State Forest’ to ‘Rural’;
2. 1. Lot 1082 Old Williams Road, Dwellingup;
   2. Lot 1021 Pinjarra Williams Road, Dwellingup;
   3. Lot 2 (95) River Road, Dwellingup;
   4. Lot 281 Newton Street, Dwellingup;
   5. Lot 1 (503) River Road, Dwellingup;
   6. Lots 1003 - 1004 Days Road, Inglehope.

2. Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.

The Amendment was advertised in the Government Gazette on 21 October 2025.
