This form is for community groups only, all other vendors please use alternate form

The Pinjarra Festival encourages all community groups to apply and tell us how you want or can be involved in this event. Successful respondent's activations will form part of the Pinjarra Festival and will be advertised as part of the event.

All community groups who apply are required to hold a current Public Liability Insurance or Certificate of Currency.

Prior to applying please make sure you have read the Terms and Conditions, downloadable via pinjarrafestival.com.au, or request an email copy via events@murray.wa.gov.au

Not for Profit/Incorporation Status

Not-for-profit organisations that have a valid Certificate of Incorporation may be eligible for reduced fees and charges in relation to this application. In order to receive the Not for Profit rate you must provide details of your Incorporation Status. Failure to do so will see you charged at the commercial rate.
