Winter Solstice at Redgum Estate We’re extending à la carte trade from 11am right through to 9pm, so you can settle in by the fire, share a bottle (or two), and watch the sun set over the vines on the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Southern Hemisphere! What to expect: Book from 5pm onwards and we’ll start you off with a complimentary tasting of our two newly released wines. Our new Winter Menu will be unveiled at the event.
