Krystal and her team are passionately committed to fostering strong, connected communities, revitalising and activating town centres, driving economic growth and creating vibrant, dynamic places and destinations.

Experience

Krystal has nearly a decade of dedicated service and leadership at the Shire of Murray, with expertise in planning, place-making, economic development, and community engagement.

She has played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering key initiatives such as the Pinjarra Revitalisation Strategy, Edenvale Heritage Precinct Activation Plan, Pinjarra Heritage Railway Precinct Redevelopment Plan, Dwellingup Futures, and Tourism and Destination Marketing Strategies. Additionally, Krystal played a leading role in the transformative redevelopment of the Exchange Hotel, guiding efforts from initial concept and business case development to securing funding and facilitating successful commercial negotiations.
