  2. Guest(s) dog(s) are to be securely contained or kept on leads at all times.
  3. Ensure all guests are aware of fire safety rules, with no camp fires outside of the 'open fire season' unless otherwise approved. Bushfire evacuation procedures to be in place for guests.
  4. Camping is to be located as far away from roads and neighbouring dwelling as practicable.
  5. Generators are not permitted during sleeping hours.
  6. No lights to be faced towards adjoining house(s).
  7. The property will be maintained in a neat and tidy condition.
  8. Noise will be limited to the levels outlined in Noise Regulations.
  9. Measures taken generally to prevent causing a nuisance of any kind.
  10. Wastewater is disposed of responsibly.
  11. Camping is not to unduly affect the amenity of the area, or detrimentally affect the health, safety and wellbeing of people.
  12. The Shire may revoke any camping approval should it be determined that the approval is not being carried out within the provisions of this Guideline or any other relevant legislation.
  13. The Shire reserves the right to revoke the approval based on any complaints received that in the Shire's opinion, unduly affect amenity, or on any other grounds that the Shire deems necessary to protect health, safety and wellbeing of people.

I hereby certify that I have read and will comply with the Conditions of Approval as specified above and have attached all requested plans.
