As the winter evenings settle in and truffle season reaches its peak, join us for a dining experience celebrating one of the world’s most coveted ingredients.
We begin with canapés by the fire before taking your seat for a thoughtfully curated three-course menu featuring whole grilled marron, fresh seasonal produce, and generous shavings of premium truffle throughout. Enjoy mulled wine served throughout the evening, with a signature Truffle Shiraz Sours available to purchase on the night.
What to expect:
- 3 Course Menu Canapés Beef Crostini with horseradish and shaved truffle.
- Potato Spun Prawn with truffle aioli.
- Entree Porcini and chestnut truffle soup served with Warm sourdough and truffled salted butter.
- Main Whole grilled marron served with truffle cheese, asparagus, potato pave and shaved fresh truffle.
- Dessert House made Truffle Cheesecake drizzled with truffle honey.
