Shire of Murray Local Law Review

Notice is hereby given under section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Murray proposes to review the following local laws:

Shire of Murray Meeting Procedures Local Law 2015

Shire of Murray Consolidated Local Government Local Laws 1999

Shire of Murray Pinjarra Cemetery Local Law 2006

Shire of Murray Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2008

Shire of Murray Local Law Relating to Dogs 2007

Shire of Murray Fencing Local Law 2012

Copies of these local laws can be found at www.murray.wa.gov.au/locallaws or inspected at the Shire Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra WA 6208.

Submissions about the local laws may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Murray, PO Box 21, Pinjarra WA 6208 or emailed to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au by 5pm, Friday 4 September 2026.
