Pinjarra Garden Day Market Stall Application 2026

The Shire of Murray invites market stall vendors to apply for the upcoming 2026 Pinjarra Garden Day, held on Sunday 18 October, 2026 at Edenvale Heritage Precinct, Pinjarra.

Vendor selections will be determined by a panel and successful market stall operators will be contacted via email by Friday 18 September, or prior if allocation begins to fill. Non-successful vendors will be notified by Monday 21 September, 2026. If you have not received an email by this date, please contact the Events Officer events@murray.wa.gov.au

Non-acceptance is not necessarily a reflection on the quality of your stall. Please note that space is extremely limited and the panel’s decision is final. By submitting an application, stallholders acknowledge and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Attached to this application.
1. Stallholders must be set up and operational before 8.30am on the day of the event and remain at theevent until 3.00pm. Stalls must be attended at all times during event operating hours.
2. Market stalls are offered a 3m x 3m space (e.g. 1 stall = 3×3, 2 stalls = 3×6)

Not for Profit - $26 – 3m x 3m space I $52.00 - 3m x 6m space
