This upgrade of 4km of Readheads Road is part of the State Government’s Black Spot Program.
It includes widening an existing seal width from 3.5m to 7m, relocation of rail crossing signals and removal of crests to improve sightlines. Making improvements like this is a key part of keeping residents and visitors safe on our roads.
Works are being carried out over a number of years and due for completion in 2025.
