North Pinjarra path

Project type Roads, footpaths, bridges and drainage
Completion date 2024
Investment $590k

Cycling and walking will be easier with an upgrade of this popular 3km path that links North Pinjarra to Pinjarra. A wider footpath (2.5m) and new asphalt surface will improve pedestrian and bike riding experiences.

The overall path length is 3km, to minimise disruption to the community the path construction will be undertaken in multiple stages.

Stage 1 will commence on 11 March 2024 starting from the pedestrian bridge at Cornish Gully to South Western Highway for approximately 750 metres.

During the construction of Stage 1, the path will be closed during daylight working hours to the public from March 11 to 29.

At the completion of daily works the path will be open to the public however, caution is recommended as the surface will be rough due to the compacted limestone aggregate.
