Dwellingup Retreat

Dwellingup Retreat is a newly renovated heritage home and a great forest escape on the outskirts of the Dwellingup township.

The house features modern facilities such as unlimited NBN WIFI, a new washing machine, new bathroom and newly decorated rooms. The house has four bedrooms. It has a closed off backyard, which is great for kids with a large lawn area and a BBQ. It has a reverse cycle air conditioner in summer to keep you cool and a wood stove for winter. Dwellingup Retreat is family friendly accommodation or could be used for a city escape or adventure holiday.

The house sleeps 3 couples and 2 kids comfortably, but it’s also perfect for a couples’ getaway. Sleep max 8 adults. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, one room  with a double bed and two lounges.

The Fluffy Nectarine Holiday House

The Fluffy Nectarine is a lovely 4 bedroom house nestled in the heart of beautiful Dwellingup. The house contains 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 9 people comfortably across 3 x Queen size beds, 1 x bunk with a Double & a Single bed. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need for your stay, including all bedding and towels.

It has a wood fire fitted for those chilly nights thru winter and an evaporating unit for the balmy summer nights. Outside is an alfresco area with built in wood fire and plenty of seating.

PLEASE NOTE: There are wasps present around the yard. They are not aggressive and if left alone, will not be an issue however anyone with allergies will need to be careful.

Also due to the nature of the back yard, the house is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

Avalon Cottage

Avalon Cottage is an original 3 bedroom 1 bathroom mill house that has been lovingly renovated inside and out. The cottage has two queen beds and two singles, with all linen provided, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and wood fire.

With just a few minutes stroll you can visit one of the many cafes, Hotham Valley Railway, Dwellingup Hotel or the Cidery.

The Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trails are close by which makes the cottage the ideal base for all your adventures or just sit with a glass of wine and relax on either the front veranda with views through the trees to the oval or the large rear under cover patio with BBQ.

Marri Cottage

Beautiful, character jarrah house conveniently located on the edge of the town. Yet walking distance to local shops and restaurants. 12 km from Trees Adventure and Lane Poole Reserve.

A fire-place and reverse cycle air-conditioning ensure our guests are comfortable all year round.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Main bedroom with ensuite has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has two bunk beds and forth bedroom double sofa bed. There is a high chair and a portable cot. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, slow cooker, rice cooker, microwave, blender and toaster.

There are board games, puzzles, dvd’s, books and toys for longer evenings. Linen and towels are included in price.

Rates: $165 per night per couple, $15 extra person, $50 cleaning fee, minimum 2 nights stay.
