Once your application is complete you will have access to the online catalogue.
For access to the full range of eResources you will need to visit the library to collect your library card. Please take proof of identification with you. The following is accepted:
- Current WA drivers licence
- Health care concession card
- Utilities account
- Rate notice
- Rental agreement
- Bank statement
Membership to the library is free for all Western Australian residents.
Temporary membership is available for non-residents.
Residents under the age of 18 years require a parent or guardian's consent .
Steps to Registrations:
1. Ready your identification document. The following are accepted:

2. Visit the library with your identification document:
