Proposed Disposition of Property
Section 3.58(3) Local Government Act 1995
The Shire of Murray proposes to dispose of an 800m2 portion of Lot 321 Carey Street, Pinjarra to Hualand Pinjarra Rd Pty Ltd by way of lease for a term of five years, with a five year option period.
The per annum consideration to be received under the proposed lease is $500 plus GST increasing annually by CPI.
A market valuation dated 10 May, 2019 determined the annual rental value to be between $1 and $2,000 per annum.
