Notice is hereby given of a proposal to grant Ramms Pty Ltd, as trustee for The Hill Family Trust a lease on Lot 1810 Pinjarra Road, Ravenswood (Reserve 8900), for a five year period for the purpose of houseboat hire facilities.
A valuation obtained on 15 August, 2019 determined that the market rent for the lease proposal is $2,874 per annum, exclusive of GST and other variable outgoings. The consideration to be received for the proposed disposition by way of lease is $2,874 per annum, plus GST and CPI increases annually based on the Perth (All Groups) Consumer Price Index and an annual administration fee of $100.
