We are inviting you to attend workshops to review our "Plan for the Future".
T
his is the document that will set out our priorities for the future, and help direct Council's decision-making.
The purpose of the workshops is to:
- Provide an overview of the current situation
- Share a summary of key findings from the recent community survey
- Discuss and review actions for Council to consider to address local priorities
All members of the general community are invited to take part - including ratepayers, residents, community groups, sporting clubs and local businesses.
Every four years, the Shire of Murray undertakes extensive consultation to find out what our residents think about how we’re doing, and to understand what our community believes our future priorities should be.
These workshops are the final stages of developing the Strategic Community Plan to cater to these priorities and support our community.
If you are aged 13 or younger we'd love to have you join us, but please bring your parent or guardian with you or ask them to provide you with permission to take part.
To use Shire resources responsibly and give as many people as possible an opportunity to have their say, please only register for one workshop per person. We will cover the same content in each workshop.
The workshops are being managed on behalf of the Shire of Murray by CATALYSE Pty Ltd. Contact information will only be used for the purpose of these workshops.
If you have any questions, please contact the Shire of Murray on 9531 7777 or email mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au
