With the lessening of restrictions, the Shire of Murray continues to embrace the new business as usual in the COVID-19 climate.

While restrictions continue to ease, it is still important for Murray community members to remain vigilant and practice good hygiene as well as physical distancing.

As of Saturday 6 June and in line with government advice, all public playgrounds and outdoor exercise equipment will reopen as will the Pinjarra and Dwellingup Skate Parks and Dwellingup Pump Track.

The Murray Aquatic and Leisure Centre’s gym will be open Saturday 6 June 8:00am to 12.00pm and as of Monday 8 June the Centre will operate under revised hours:

  • Monday to Friday 6:00am – 7:00pm
  • Crèche Monday to Friday 8:45am – 11:45am
  • Saturday and Sunday 8:00am – 12:00pm

Additionally, the Centre’s sports competition will commence in July and swimming lessons will recommence in term three – a new program is being developed with enrolments opening mid-June.

The Court House and Edenvale Homestead remain closed.
