- The Deed of Surrender of Licence with Murdoch University for the Food Innovation Precinct, Western Australia Sustainable Innovative Food Technologies Centre; and
- Entering into a Lease with the State Government for the Food Innovation Precinct, Western Australia Sustainable Innovative Food Technologies Centre.
