What off-road vehicle activity is illegal?

It is an offence to drive or ride an off-road vehicle (a vehicle which is not licensed, deemed to be licensed, or the subject of a permit) within the Shire of Murray, unless on private land with the owner’s consent.

Furthermore driving or using any vehicle on a reserve not set aside for vehicles, is an offence.
