If noise emitted from a property is audible inside the receiving property when the windows and doors are closed, it is unlikely to comply with noise regulations.
Noise from stereos, radios and televisions must meet the assigned noise levels at all times.
It’s always advisable to notify neighbours if hosting a party as well as the time that the music will be turned off. It is also advisable to provide a contact number and name that one could call if the music becomes too loud.
Noise regulations allow the playing of musical instruments in a reasonable manner for up to an hour in any day, at the following times:
