Step 1.Receipt of Renewal Notice

If you have registered your cat/s for a one or three year period, renewal forms will be posted to you at respective intervals, generally towards the end of the year.

Your renewal fee will be included on the form.

You can use the renewal form to update your contact details and address, notify us regarding change of ownership or registration and let us know if your pet has sadly passed away.

Step 2.Complete and Sign the Bottom of the Renewal Form 

Step 3.Prepare your Payment

Cash, card, cheques and money orders are accepted.

Step 4.Visit the Shire of Murray Administration Office 

1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra 

Bring along your:

  • Completed renewal form
  • Payment

Our customer service officers will process your renewal and issue your pet's registration tag.

Step 5.Attach the Registration Tag to your Cat’s Collar

The registration tag links your furry family member to important identification information that can help ensure your cat’s welfare.

Step 4.Post your Renewal

Post your renewal to PO Box 21, Pinjarra WA 6208

Please ensure you include the:

  • Completed renewal form 
  • Preferred payment option

Step 5.Renewal Processing 

Our customer service staff will process your renewal and return a new tag in the mail.

Step 6.Attach the Registration Tag to your Cat’s Collar

The registration tag links your furry family member to important identification information that can help ensure your cat’s welfare.

Credit card payment is the preferred payment method for email renewals. Please complete the respective section of the registration form. 

You can use the renewal form to update your contact details and address, notify us regarding change of ownership or registration and let us know if your pet has sadly passed away.

Step 2.Complete and Sign the Bottom of the Renewal Form 

Step 3.Email your Renewal

Email your renewal to mailbag@murray.wa.gov.au.

Please ensure you attach the:

  • Completed renewal form including credit card details section

Step 4.Renewal Processing 

Our customer service staff will process your pet’s registration and send a registration tag in the mail.
