If you have registered your cat/s for a one or three year period, renewal forms will be posted to you at respective intervals, generally towards the end of the year.
Your renewal fee will be included on the form.
You can use the renewal form to update your contact details and address, notify us regarding change of ownership or registration and let us know if your pet has sadly passed away.
