APM Communities

APM Communities delivers NDIS Local Area Coordination Services in the Shire of Murray. Their team assists people with disabilities, their families and carers to identify and access the support they need including the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). They also work with local businesses and organisations to be more inclusive of people with disability.

Development Disability WA (DDWA)

DDWA supports people with development disabilties and has a broad focus in both who they support and the aspects of life that may be of interest to them.
Advocacy – to have a strong voice and seek change where needed
Knowledge – to build the expectations and capacity, and to inform people about their rights, choices and options
Community - to develop more connected and inclusive communities

People with Disabilities Western Australia (PWdWA)

PWdWA provides non-legal advocacy to people with disabilities. Advocacy is the process of standing alongside individuals to ensure that people are able to speak out, to express their views and uphold their rights. Advocacy services are available to any person with a disability, you do not have to be a member to access advocacy.
Membership to PWdWA is free and open to WA residents.

Wanslea Family Services

Wanslea promotes community, family and individual development through partnerships, services, counselling and personal support. As the NDIS partner for the Early Childhood Early Intervention program, Wanslea is available to support children under 7 years with disabilities and developmental delays.

Carer Gateway

Carer Gateway is a free Australia-wide service dedicated to supporting the almost 2.65 million unpaid carers living in Australia.
Designed by carers for carers. If you care for a friend with disability medical condition, mental illness, or who is frail due to age, then Carer Gateway can help you. Call Carer Gateway for free on 1800 422 737 Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, or go to CarerGateway.gov.au

Midway Community Care

Midway Community Care (Midway) are a NDIS registered provider empowering people with disabilities to develop and enhance their skills and independence.These services include Supported Independent Living, Individualised Living Options, Community Inclusion, Flexible Support Services, Developing Independence and Behaviour Support.
