Health Local Law 2018 – Adoption to Advertise
Notice is hereby given, that Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on Thursday 26 October, 2017 resolved to make the abovementioned local law.
The purpose of the proposed health local law is to provide a statutory means of effectively controlling issues which have the potential to adversely impact on the health and wellbeing of the community.
The effect of making the proposed health local law is to allow health related issues to be sufficiently controlled so as to provide an acceptable standard for the maintenance of public health in the community.
Copies of the proposed local law are available for inspection at the Shire of Murray Administration Office, 1915 Pinjarra Road, Pinjarra and at the Murray Library, cnr Pinjarra Road and Forrest Street, Pinjarra or by clicking on the download below.
