The Shire of Murray is pleased to support the Youth Advisory Council of Murray in their endeavours to provide activities and outlets for the young people of the shire.

The Youth Advisory Council of Murray is pleased to advise of their continuation for the 2009 year. Weekly meetings are held each Thursday afternoon (during school terms) commencing at 4.30pm @ the Pinjarra Senior Citizens Hall next door to the Pinjarra Library. Past, present and future members encouraged to attend and NEW Members welcome.

"NIGHT AT THE CIVIC"
The Youth Advisory Council of Murray is pleased to present a "Night at the Civic" Movie Night on Friday, 4 Decemeber 2009. The movie screening is The Polar Express (G) staring Tom Hanks. On Christmas Eve, a doubting boy boards a magical train that's headed to the North Pole and Santa Claus’s home. The movie was nominated for three (3) academy awards and is a popular movie for children.
Doors open at 6.15pm with the movie commencing at 7.00pm at the Pinjarra Civic Centre, Pinjarra Road, PINJARRA. Tickets are available on the night at a cost of $5 with drinks and popcorn also available.
