Travel and tour information, maps, driving distances, activities and accommodation information is available from either the Pinjarra Visitors Centre or the Dwellingup History and Visitors Centre.  However, to assist you in planning your next trip to the “Centre of the Peel”, the Shire of Murray invites you to view some of the upcoming activities and events.

Preperations are well under way for the Shire of Murray Community Christmas Carnival to be held on Wednesday, 16 December 2009 commencing at 6.30pm to 9.30pm.  To register your expression of interest to be a food vendor/stall holder at the Carnival please complete the form here.

2010 SOUTH WEST GAMES
In 2010 the South West Games will be celebrating their 25th anniversary of this triennial sporting event.  The 2010 Games will be held from Friday, 19 March - 28 March 2010 inclusive.  As part of these celebrations the South Games Committee are extending the games to include everyone not just from the South West regions.  There will be no individual or team refused entry to these games, it is for all ages, all sporting levels and for all across the nation to enter.  For more information or registration forms please visit the South West Games website at www.swginc.org.au.

PEEL FARMERS MARKET
The Peel Farmers’ Market has relocated from Sir Ross McLarty Oval to the carpark at the rear of the Pinjarra Civic Centre just off Forrest Street.  Being at a new location the markets still operate from 8am - 12 noon every Saturday and offers a great range of fresh produce. Read More...
