Community Workshop Heritage Local Planning Strategy

The Shire of Murray is inviting the community to have their say in the drafting of the Heritage Local Planning Strategy. The purpose of the Strategy is to identify deficiencies in current heritage management, education and promotion, and specify a range of programs, actions and incentives to address those deficiencies.
A public workshop will be held at the newly rebuilt Community Facilities at Edenvale at 9.30am on 8 February 2012. Morning tea will be provided.
Please RSVP by 4.30pm on Monday 6 February for catering purposes.
Participants will be invited to review the draft strategy, and asked to provide input, ideas and comments. An online survey is available here for those who wish to participate but are unable to attend the workshop.
