Transpacific Cleanaway is the Shire of Murray's contractor for the provision of waste and recycling collections within the municipality. As part of this contract Cleanaway provides ratepayers with a call centre where all missed bins, damaged, stolen and new bins can be reported. The number for the call centre is:
