The Shire of Murray currently has 28 parks with some form of play equipment installed and is committed to providing quality play spaces. A review of the locations of the play spaces determines if the location is the best possible site that suits the needs of the community and to also determine if the equipment allocated, provides the best opportunity for play.

Sir Ross McLarty Complex, Roe Avenue

This complex covers a large area of just over 27 hectares and is located close to the town centre in Pinjarra and is the main active sporting reserve within the shire. The reserve is home to football, cricket, bowls, tennis and equestrian sporting clubs.
